HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 18675 of 2016 Order:
The petitioner states that she is the wife of one Venkatachary, who was working as employee in the fourth respondent Academy. He died on 21.08.2015 due to ill-health. He left behind him the petitioner and three children. The eldest daughter got married and the second daughter completed B.Sc., Computers Course. The third child who is a son is only 12 years old. Since her second daughter is qualified for employment, the petitioner submitted a representation on 20.01.2016 to the fourth respondent and when no action was taken on the said representation, the present Writ Petition is filed.
2. Even after receiving notice before admission in the Writ Petition and posting the matter after four weeks, there is no response from the fourth respondent.
3. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
