THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28231 of 2022 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. The writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not conducting survey and demarcation of the petitioner's lands admeasuring Ac.0.37 guntas in Survey No.127/AA, Ac.0.04 guntas in Survey No.127/AA and Ac.0.08 guntas in Survey No.129 situated at Chegur Village, Nandigam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, pursuant to the F-Line application bearing No.DER022000578339, dated 09.12.2020, as illegal and arbitrary.

The petitioner alleged that he is the absolute owner and possessor of lands admeasuring Ac.0.37 guntas in Survey No.127/AA, Ac.0.04 guntas in Survey No.127/AA and Ac.0.08 guntas in Survey No.129 situated at Chegur Village, Nandigam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having acquired the same through his ancestors. The petitioner claims that he made

F-Line application bearing No.DER022000578339, dated 09.12.2020, through Mee-Seva, before respondent No.3, seeking to conduct survey of the subject lands. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.3 is not taking any action on the said application.

Having regard to the same, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the F-Line application No.DER022000578339, dated 09.12.2020, submitted by the petitioner through Mee-Seva seeking to conduct survey and demarcation of the lands admeasuring Ac.0.37 guntas in Survey No.127/AA, Ac.0.04 guntas in Survey No.127/AA and Ac.0.08 guntas in Survey No.129 situated at Chegur Village, Nandigam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
