This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in not providing protection for agricultural operations of the petitioner in an extent of Ac.18-54 cents in RS No.23 of Akireddygudem village, Musunur Mandal, Krishna District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
