The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in appointing the petitioner as contract driver instead of casual driver.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief claimed by the petitioner in the writ petition has been granted and no further orders are required to be passed in the matter. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
