HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.18286 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the personal liberty and privacy of the petitioner by calling him to the police station as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the petitioner was never called to the police station and the respondents are not aware about the issue as alleged by the petitioner between himself and the 5th respondent.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
