SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.1904 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to call for the records relating to Crime No.227 of 2012 of Miryalaguda II Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, and quash the same.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana filed Memo, dated 23.08.2018, stating that the Investigating Officer filed a report on 26.06.2016 stating that the case registered against the petitioners is referred as "civil in nature" and that the petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
