ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the checking officials of the respondents in beating the petitioner and confining him in the bus for three hours as illegal and arbitrary.

Sri D.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 17.8.2015, to the Registry, wherein he has stated that his client was advised to approach the Industrial Tribunal at Hyderabad for the same relief which is claimed in this Writ Petition; that the said dispute raised by the petitioner accordingly is pending as I.D.No.82 of 2012 on the file of the learned III Additional Industrial Tribunal, Hyderabad; and that therefore, the petitioner seeks to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to him to pursue the pending I.D. In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in

terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.30873 and 32591 of 2010 are dismissed as infructuous.
