ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 16.10.2014, in I.A.No.652 of 2014 in I.A.No.574 of 2014 in OS.No.109 of 2014 on the file of learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District.

After arguing the case, Sri K.Mallikarjuna Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.5919 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
