Petitioner's grievance is that petitioners' appeal filed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 before the 3rd respondent in the year 2005 has not been disposed of though notices had been issued several times including the latest one on 13.04.2019.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said appeal within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioners and respondents 5 to 7 in accordance with law and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioners and respondents 5 to 7 in accordance with law, and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
