HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.15559 OF 2002 ORDER:

When the matter was called on 08.08.2019, none appeared. Hence, the office was directed to list this matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Thereafter, though the matter was adjourned on two occasions, there was no representation. Today, despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', none appeared for the petitioner. This Court has no other option except to dismiss the case for default as well as for non-prosecution.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default as well as for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
