None had appeared in the writ petition on 18.01.2021 as well as on 02.06.2021. Therefore, the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution on 07.07.2021.

Thereafter, none had appeared on 01.10.2024 also. Today also, in passover round, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting I.A.Nos.1 of 2024 and 2 of 2024. Accordingly, the same are dismissed.
