HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6472 of 2015 ORDER:
Apprehending arrest in connection with an unregistered crime, the petitioners filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail to them.
Heard and perused the material available on record. The 1st petitioner is the husband of one Gajjela Sandhya Rani and the petitioners 2 and 3 are the parents of the 1st petitioner. The marriage of the 1st petitioner and said Sandhya Rani was performed on 02.03.2012. They established a School at Ootukuru village of Krishna District and invested nearly Rs.40.00 lakhs. Due to lack of experience, they sustained loss and were compelled to close the institution. Thereafter, they shifted their residence to Vijayawada and doing private jobs. The wife of the 1st petitioner started harassing the petitioners to get the money, which they lost in establishing the school, or else she would file a complaint against them. Thereafter, the wife of the 1st petitioner left her matrimonial house and went to her parents' house.
When the 1st petitioner went to his in-laws' place and asked his wife to come along with him, she threatened him that she would lodge a complaint against the family members of the 1st petitioner. Therefore, the petitioners are apprehending that the said Sandhya Rani, wife of the 1st petitioner, may lodge a complaint at any time. Learned Public Prosecutor informed this Court that no case was registered against the petitioners.
In view of the same, this Court is of the view that nothing is there in this petition for adjudication.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J July 14, 2015 KTL
