As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 22-07-2014, the matter was directed to be listed on 29-07-2015. Even on 29-07-2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. As such it was directed to be listed on 30-07-2015 under the caption "for Dismissal".

Even on 30-07-2015, there is no representation though the matter was listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Hence, as a final chance, it was listed today. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in the morning or in the after-noon session. It is to be noted that inspite of giving number of chances, the petitioners never appeared before the Court. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
