These CRPs are filed by the landlady against the orders of the lower appellate Court passed in R.A.Nos.119 and 120 of 2006, dated 01-06-2009.

2. Since the CRPs Nos.3083 & 3086 of 2009 filed by the tenants against the same orders passed in R.A.Nos.119 and 120 of 2006, and by order dated 12-10-2017, the said CRPs filed by the tenants are dismissed, no further orders are necessary in this revision petitions filed by the landlady. Hence, the civil revision petitions are closed. As a sequel to the disposal of these petitions, miscellaneous petitions if any shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
