HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3396 OF 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The revision arises out of an order passed by the Arbitral Tribunal, rejecting an interlocutory application filed under Section 45 of the Evidence Act.

2. Heard Mr. G.L.Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Maheswara Rao, learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

3. This Court has no supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, over the interim or final orders passed by the Arbitral Tribunals. There are other remedies provided under the Act itself which the petitioner will have to avail.

4. Therefore, the revision petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail whatever remedies are available under law.
