The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 13.04.2015, passed in I.A.No.85 of 2015 in O.S.No.1647 of 2014 on the file of learned XX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit itself was dismissed without costs on 16.08.2017.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
