Learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to apply for sub-division of the land in Sy.No.121 of Badepalli village, Jadcherla Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, wherein Ac.3.00 of land is located and then after such sub-division, apply for demarcation to that extent to the Survey Department. Granting liberty as sought, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
