ORDER:-

Heard.

2. By this writ petition, petitioner questions the order of the Tahsildar, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Medak District, in proceedings No.B/ROR/865/14 dated 22.08.2014 granting mutation in favour of the sixth respondent, which was passed after notice and after hearing the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner places strong reliance upon the pahanies for the Fasli 1425 issued by the third respondent-Tahsildar, dated 25.08.2015 wherein petitioner's name is said to be shown as pattadar and possessor with regard to the land claimed and based on that, learned counsel submits that the impugned order is erroneous.

4. As the petitioner states that his name is shown as pattadar in the pahanies, the said aspect has to be agitated by the petitioner by filing an appeal against the impugned order, if he is so advised. Further this Court, in exercise of its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, cannot go into the said factual aspect.

With the liberty aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
