ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1 in not following and implementing Regulation No.7(7) of Regulations on Graduate Medical Education (Amendment), 2010 issued by respondent No.2 through amended notification, dated 19.04.2010, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, Sri P.Bhanu Prakash, learned counsel, representing Sri M.Srinivasa Swarup, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
In view of this submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 18.07.2012, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.27812 of 2012 shall
stand disposed of as infructuous.
