This matter was earlier listed under the caption "Settled at Lok Adalat" but it was brought to the notice of the Court that there are other connected appeals, which are not settled in Lok Adalat. Hence, the matter was adjourned from time to time, to seek clarification from the concerned counsel but none appeared since then. However, this appeal is settled at Lok Adalat vide L.A.C. No.856 of 2017 on 29.06.2017 and a copy of the award is filed before this Court. In that view of the matter, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the said award.
