Today this Court dismissed C.R.P.No.359 of 2016 filed by the petitioners assailing the order dated 24.11.2015 passed in I.A.No.670 of 2015 in O.S.No.111 of 2006 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Piler.

In view of dismissal of C.R.P.No.359 of 2016, no further orders are necessary in this revision.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
