In this petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1978, the petitioner/A.1 seeks pre-arrest bail in Crime No.67 of 2017 of Nakrekal Police Station, Guntur District, which was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with 34 IPC. 2.

The petitioner is Deputy Tahsildar of Nakrekal. On the report of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Nakrekal, stating that in the matter of issuing DKT pttas, some mischief has been done, police registered a case in Crime No.67 of 2017 and commenced the investigation. 3.

As per the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, investigation is in initial stage and the involvement of some others apart from the accused is also under investigation. As the matter stands, it is not a fit case to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner. While dismissing the criminal petition, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court and seek for a regular bail, in which case, the Court concerned shall dispose of the bail application on merits on the same date. ___________________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO, J JULY 20, 2017 YVL
