At the interlocutory stage, this writ petition is taken up for hearing and disposal with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ of Mandamus or other appropriate order or direction in the nature of writ
declaring the L.R.W.15968/PWD/DW/D8/95, dt.29.3.2012 issued by the 2nd respondent on behalf of the 1st respondent as arbitrary, discriminatory and violative of Articles 14 and 19(1) (g) of the Constitution of India, null and void and consequently restore the allotment of land of Ac.62.06 cents situated in I.D.A., Pydibheemavaram, Srikakulam District, under the agreement for sale of land dt.5-3-1997 in the interest of justice." At the hearing, Ms. Padma Sharanappa, learned counsel, representing Mr. B. Nalin Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that her client intends to withdraw the writ petition.
In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.12587 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
