The petitioner's grievance is that in spite of a specific recommendation made by the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh, on 11.02.2015 and 10.11.2016 to sanction new Government Technical College at Bathalapalli Mandal of Dharmavaram Taluq, Ananthapuram District, no action has been taken by the 1st respondent. 2.

The learned Government Pleader for education, appearing for respondents, states that the 1st respondent will take a decision within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order on the above issue,and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to take a decision within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order on the above issue,and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
