This appeal is filed by the appellant-New India Assurance Company against the respondents seeking to set aside the order, dated 15.09.2010, passed in E.C.No.44/2010 (Old.No.W.C.21/2007) by the Commissioner for Employees's Compensation and Deputy Commissioner of Labour At Warangal, wherein, the Court below granted compensation of Rs.3,44,914/- in favour of respondents - claimants.

At request of learned counsel for the parties, this Court vide order, dated 07.03.2022, has referred the appeal to Lok Adalat. On 12.03.2022, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat and an Award was passed to that effect. 4.

In view of the above said Award, the appeal is disposed of. Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the Award, dated 12.03.2022 passed by the Lok Adalat to this order.
