HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.7404 OF 2016 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 7 seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal petition in view of the fact that charge-sheet was filed and C.C. No.108 of 2017 was assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nalgonda and also seeks liberty to question the proceedings in the calendar case. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant is also present.

Permission is accorded, and, accordingly the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
