Polam Anil Reddy, v. State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.18379 of 2018 ORDER:
The petitioner aggrieved by the proceedings in Rc.No.A/1990/2015 dated 23.02.2016 has availed the remedy of appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Warangal and the appeal is taken on file as Appeal No.3998 of 2016.
Though a few submissions are made on merits of the matter, still having regard to the fact that the appeal is pending before the appellate authority for the past two years, learned counsel submits that ends of justice are met if the appeal is directed to be heard and is disposed of, within four (04) weeks from today. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that as there are private parties, notices will have to go to all of them as to the date of hearing, if the Court considers directing disposal of the appeal within two months.
The respective submissions are noted and the writ petition is disposed of by this order:
The Revision Divisional Officer Warangal/respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal No.3998 of 2016 within two (02) months from today. The petitioner is given liberty to file copy of the order within one week from today for timely compliance of direction issued by this Court.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
