HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.18821 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to carry agricultural operations mentioned in annexure as illegal and arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Cr.P.C.

and consequently direct the respondent police not to interfere with the petitioner's land.

Heard both sides.

Admittedly, police protection granted to the 5th respondent in IA.No.2/2011 in AS.No.12/2009 was set aside in the CRP.No.158/2012. Even in the written instructions produced by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home it is stated that no crime is registered against the petitioner and that the respondents are not interfering with the property of the petitioner. In view of the same, respondents 1 to 4 are directed not to interfere with the subject property and subject rights of the Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
