HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 16038 OF 2001 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it has been contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the Writ Petition is filed when the petitioners services were about to be disengaged. 2.

This Hon'ble Court pleased to grant interim directions on 26.06.2002 directing the respondents to continue the services of the petitioners.

The counsel for the petitioners contends that by virtue of interim orders, the petitioners are continuing.

The learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC has not disputed the same.

In view of the same, this court is of the considered view that, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
