THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12110 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.207 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Amadalavalasa, Srikakulam District. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. He further submitted that the petitioner is a B-Tech student, therefore, her presence may be dispensed with before the trial Court on each and every date of adjournment.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The presence of the petitioner, who is accused No.4 in C.C.No.207 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Amadalavalasa, Srikakulam District, is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, she shall appear before the trial Court as and when her presence is so required. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
