Scheme for Appointment of Arbitrator 2006 praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit the High Court may be pleased to appoint an Arbitrator on behalf of Respondent as it had failed to appoint/nominate its arbitrator, for adjudication of disputes between the Applicant Company and the Respondent, in terms of arbitral clause No. 17 of the license Agreement dated 2310-2008, so as to enable both the arbitrators to appoint the third arbitrator; And whereas the High Court upon perusing the Application and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Lawyers & Solicitors, Advocates for the Applicant made the following ORDER:

"Issue notice to the respondent returnable on 10-07-2015. In addition to Court's notice, petitioner to give personal notice to the respondent.

Stand over to 10-07-2015".
