ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner, who is Anganwadi Worker of Buddayapalli Anganwadi Centre, YSR Kadapa District, is that though she is entitled to be transferred to M.J.Kunta-II Anganwadi Centre, which is her native place, as per G.O.Ms.No.2, Women Development, Child Welfare and Disabled Welfare (ICDS.A1) Department, dated 07.01.2009, respondent No.3 has not been receiving her representation and considering her case for such transfer. She has further pleaded that respondent No.3 has issued notification dated 06.10.2015, inviting applications for filling up of vacancies of Anganwadi Workers in 27 centres in Kadapa Urban, including M.J.Kunta-II Centre.

In the above facts and circumstances of the case, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the petitioner's request for her transfer from Buddayapalli to M.J.Kunta-II Anganwadi Centre, as per G.O.Ms.No.2, Women Development, Child Welfare and Disabled (ICDS.A1) Department, dated 07.01.2009, before considering the applications received from fresh applicants and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.45634 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
