HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE Writ Petition No.2018 of 2010 ORDER:

Smt.N. (P) Anjana Devi Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that she is not getting any instructions from the petitioners and that she is unable to address the Court on merits. With the passage of time, the petitioners seem to have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and hence nobody is coming forward to give instructions to their Advocate. In the circumstances, I am constrained to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
