When the matter is listed on 01.11.2016, it is represented that the learned counsel for the petitioner has given 'no objection' in the matter. As there is no appearance of the petitioner, the matter was ordered to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' after one week.

Even when the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of petitioner in the morning and afternoon sessions. It seems that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in pursuing the matter diligently.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.
