Even though notice before admission was ordered on 06.02.2014 till today no counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondents. In view of the same, this writ petition is being disposed of when the matter is listed for admission today. The petitioner belongs to Scheduled Caste community and is a resident of Kakinada town. His father was working as a cleaner in the 4th respondent institution and he died on 10.09.2012. He is having wife, two daughters and three sons. Though a request is made for appointment on compassionate ground, only an amount of Rs.10,000/- was released towards funeral charges. The petitioner made several representations and ultimately submitted a representation on 15.12.2012 and 26.06.2013 seeking appointment on compassionate ground and the same was not considered, the present writ petition was filed.

In view of the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents No.3 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2012 and 26.06.2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and pass appropriate orders there on in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
