HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.21276 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to extend police protection pursuant to her representation dt.19.09.2019 for enforcing injunction order dt.29.07.2015 granted in her favour in I.A.No.328 of 2015 in O.S.No.119 of by the learned Junior Civil Judge, Devarakonda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said injunction granted by the Court below is extended from time to time and the latest extension granted on 22.09.2019 extending injunction order till 28.11.2019. It is further contended that inspite of the said injunction order granted in favour of the petitioner, the people named in the representation dt.19.09.2019, who are defendants in the above suit, are preventing the petitioner from entering into the suit schedule property and for the said reason, the petitioner has sought police aid vide representation dt.19.09.2019.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that inasmuch as there is no specific direction by the learned Junior Civil Judge, Devarakonda, in the above suit directing the authorities to provide police protection, the same is not being extended to the petitioner and, if any such direction is given by the learned Judge, the authorities will abide by the said direction.

TVK,J W.P.No.21276 of 2019 Having regard to the facts and circumstances stated supra, respondent No.3 is directed to extend necessary aid to the petitioner for enforcement of injunction order granted by the Court below initially on 29.07.2015, which is extended from time to time and valid till 28.11.2019, till such time the said order is either vacated by the Court below or reversed in any appeal or revision being filed against the said order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
