THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.7147 OF 2005 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in imposing punishment of reduction of petitioner's pay by two incremental stages for a period of two years with cumulative effect besides treating the suspension period as leave due for all purposes as illegal, arbitrary and consequently set aside the final order, dated 20-05-1992.
2. Both counsel with one voice submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate authority and submit representation.
3. In view submission made by both counsel, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit representation to the 2nd respondent within one month from today and the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.
