Both Sri Y.V.Ravi Prasad, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent, and Sri G.Vidya Sagar, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent, would submit that the exercise of determining the modalities and allocation of posts and employees between the Andhra Pradesh Technology Services Limited and the Telangana State Technology Services Limited has been completed. On the complaint of Dr.K.
Lakshmi Narasimha, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner is not being relieved by the Andhra Pradesh Technology Services Limited to enable him to join in the Telangana State Technology Services Limited, Sri Y.V.Ravi Prasad, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent, would submit that all employees, who have been allotted to the State of Telangana, would be relieved within four weeks from today. As the order of this Court has since been complied with, we see no reason to keep the Contempt Case pending on the file of this Court. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
