THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.26449 OF 2017 ORDER:

The allegation of the petitioner is that respondent No.3-the Station House Officer is interfering with his enjoyment of land admeasuring Acs.5.20 guntas situated in Sy.No.80, Madharam Kalam Village, Shaligowraram Mandal, Nalgonda District. Learned Government Pleader for Home (TG), on instructions, submits that respondent No.3 is not obstructing the petitioner from using the pathway and also not interfering with civil disputes. In the light of the specific stand taken by respondent No.3 and there being no material at this point of time, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by recording the instructions of learned Government Pleader, with a caution to respondent No.3 not to interfere with the civil disputes as the same is impermissible, and in any event, respondent No.

3 is found interfering, he will be liable for being prosecuted both under civil and criminal laws. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
