HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.38825 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioners complain against inaction in considering the grievance stated in representation, dated 03.09.2016, as illegal and amounts to refusing to exercise jurisdiction conferred on respondent Nos.2 and 4. The prayer is against inaction and for brevity, the complaint reiterated in the writ petition is not adverted to. Respondent No.4 if examines and disposes of the representation, the grievance complained by the petitioners is not only remedied, but helps in proper functioning of the Scheme operated by respondent No.5.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order: The petitioners are given liberty to re-submit representation, dated 03.09.2016, within one week from today to respondent Nos.2 and 4 by enclosing a copy of this order. Respondent Nos.2 and 4 are directed to have the grievance enquired into or examined, if necessary, call upon respondent No.5, and pass appropriate orders, as are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
