OFFICE NOTE 07.10.2025 BRMR, J I.A.No.01 of 2023 Learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medchal Malkajgiri District at Medchal has addressed a letter to the Register (Judicial) on 04.10.2023 requesting extension of six (06) months time for disposal of the suit i.e., O.S.No.86 of 2022 (O.S.No.369 of 2019-Old number).

This Court vide CRP No.1477 of 2022 dated 29.07.2022 has directed the learned trial court to dispose of for O.S.No.86 of 2022 (O.S.No.369 of 2019-Old number) within a period of three (3) months from the date of order i.e. 29.07.2022.

Learned trial court has sought for extension of six (06) months vide its letter dated 04.10.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff has filed the case details of O.S.No.86 of 2022 (O.S.No.369 of 2019-Old number), which shows that since 25.11.2024 the matter is coming up for Commissioner's report and as on

26.09.2025, the status of the suit shows for Commissioner's report only.

In view of the above, two (2) months time is granted to the learned trial court to dispose of the suit vide O.S.No.86 of 2022 (O.S.No.369 of 2019-Old number) from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Office is directed to send a copy of this order to the learned trial court.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2023 is allowed.
