Heard. Perused the record.

Vide order dated 11.12.2019, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat. On 14.12.2019, an Award was passed by the High Court Legal Services Committee stating that the appellant/ Opposite Party No.2/ Insurance Company, represented by Sri J.Rajesh, Legal Manager, sought permission to withdraw the appeal, as the appellant/ Insurance Company is not interested in pursuing the appeal and that therefore, the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. This appeal is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the said Award dated 14.12.2019. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the Award to this judgment. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
