JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal arises out of order, dated 04.4.2016, in Writ Petition No.9741 of 2016.
At the hearing, Mr. G.Vidya Sagar, learned
senior counsel representing Mr. B.Mayur Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal with liberty to his clients to file a fresh Writ Appeal. In the light of the above, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellants in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, WAMP.No.1381 of 2016 filed by the appellants for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
