The learned Government Pleader for Commercial Taxes(AP) appearing for respondent has produced a copy of proceedings in Rc.No.341/02 A3, dated 17.02.2003, issued by the Commercial Tax Officer, Main Bazar, Guntur, wherein refund amount is adjusted towards tax, for the year 2002 and 2003.

In view of the subsequent order, dated 17.02.2003, no further directions need to be issued in this writ petition. In the result, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
