HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 16896 of 2016 O R D E R:- This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to the petitioner - A1 in connection with Crime No. 171 of 2016 of Vinukonda Police Station, Guntur, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 366-A, 376(2)(g) and 506 read with 34 IPC and Section 6 of P.O.S.C.O. Act, 2012. Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the material on record.

Keeping in view the serious allegations made against the petitioner - A1, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
