This Court made the following:

CVNR, J & GSP, J CMA No.18/2007 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by dismissal of H.M.O.P. No.27 of 2002, filed for restitution of conjugal rights, by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kovur (For short, 'the lower Court'), the unsuccessful petitioner-husband filed this Appeal.

A perusal of the order of the lower Court shows that on appreciation of oral evidence, it has drawn the conclusion that the respondent-wife left the matrimonial home having been vexed with the harassment meted out by the appellant and his mother, and apprehending danger to her life. During the hearing of the case, learned counsel for the appellant has not brought out any point, in order to convince us, to interfere with the findings arrived at by the lower Court.
