No representation for the petitioner - accused No.6. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that this Court, by common order dated 22.12.2014 passed in Crl.P.M.P.No.15685 of 2014 and Criminal Petition No.15544 of 2014, quashed the proceedings against the petitioner in the present First Information Report since the parties have compromised the matter. A copy of the said common order, dated 22.12.2014, is placed before this Court.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
