Petitioner's grievance is that an appeal filed by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent under Section 90 of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 on 30.07.2015 has not been numbered by the 2nd respondent.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the said appeal has been numbered in the year 2015 as F1/2262/2015.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing respondents 4 to 7. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
