HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.21274 of 2007 ORDER :

On 22.10.2018, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner as such the matter was adjourned to 23.10.2018. On 23.10.2018 there was no representation for petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 24.10.2018 under the caption " for dismissal". On 24.10.2018 also there was no representation on behalf of petitioner, hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 25.10.2018 under the same caption. Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. It is, therefore, reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing its cause in the Writ Petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
