Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned VI Additional District Judge, Kurnool, is hereby directed to dispose of Criminal Appeal No.296 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
